West Berks Food Bank were so grateful for your generous donations of food. They sent us this lovely message:
“Thank you to Parsons Down Junior & Infant Schools for supporting our 2020 Harvest Appeal. It has been wonderful to see the donations arriving at the warehouse in the last few weeks and the empty shelves gradually start to fill up again. It is thanks to schools like yours, who have reached out to their children and their families, that we can feel more hopeful that we will be able to support those struggling in our community as winter approaches. Please pass on our thanks to your children, their families and your staff of both schools. We received donations from your school totalling a brilliant 161.9kgs which is equivalent to approx. 340 meals. Thank you so much. Your donations will be much appreciated by those in need in the months ahead.”
