On Monday, members of our Eco-Committee helped Mr Vincent to plant ten trees on our Partnership field. The trees were donated by West Berkshire Council and are part of our grounds improvement plan that we’re working on. They will form 2 small copses in each of the back corners of the field.
We hope that they will help to keep our school air clean and also attract birds and other wildlife to our school grounds.
Under one of the trees, we buried a time capsule containing messages that the children had written to remember the Queen.
