Health and Wellbeing Activity Cards
We have created some Health and Wellbeing Activity cards for the children to use. We have put them in 3 phases - Foundation/Key Stage 1 (EYFS, Year1 and Year 2); Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3 and 4) and Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5 and 6). Each phase has 4 activity cards - mindfulness, yoga, healthy eating and P.E. Please feel free to try activities from any of the phases. Click on the buttons below to access the resources.
