Outdoor Classroom Day 2025

Yesterday was our annual Outdoor Learning Day. In the morning, the children took their learning outdoors, we even had assembly outside. Packed lunch children had the option of eating outside and then in the afternoon we held house sports events. The House Captains (Amelia, Iris, James, Lena, Ollie, Owen, Thomas and Willow) did a magnificent job; it was a fabulous event.

We finished the afternoon with a parent information session about OPAL and then Partnership Play. Thank you so much to everyone who came and supported this. I know OPAL has been a huge change but we are so pleased with how it is going. Termly incidents at lunchtime have reduced significantly from 373 to 188 to 111 last term. We hope you enjoyed playing with the children and seeing OPAL in action.
